• DVDs and VHS cassettes must be clearly labeled.

• Entry fee is nonrefundable.

• DVDs and videocassettes and will not be returned.

• More than one entry may be submitted. Each entry must be submitted separately.

• The filmmaker will assume shipping costs of material and print to LVIFF.

• Films produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles.

• Entrants are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, permits necessary to present their work.

• The selection committees’ and juries’ decisions are final.

• LVIFF reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or festival scheduling.
